Return

You buy without risk because you are entitled to return the goods within ten days of receipt of the goods. This right does not apply to any goods already used or soiled which are made to customer specifications (e.g. hotel name printing) or are clearly tailored to personal requirements. To exercise your right of return, send the unused and clean goods back to us at your own expense, if possible in their original packaging, otherwise in a comparable safe packaging together with all accessories and all packaging components.

Information about how to return your delivery

We would like to inform you, what you have to note:

Step 1:
Please pack the goods, which have to be returned, back into the parcel.

Step 2:
For an unbreakable returning please lay the packaging material together with the delivery note back into the parcel.

Step 3 (optional):
Please cross the applicable returning reason:

  • Wrong order
  • Wrong or incomplete delivery
  • Sample delivery / Don't like articles
  • Transport damage
  • Quality
  • Size / contoured fit
  • Other reasons:

Lay the filled in document also into the cardboard and close it carefully.

No right of return for custom-made and used products.

Return deadline

You can conveniently return the ordered goods to us within 10 days of receipt.

Return costs

Please understand that we cannot assume the costs of your return.

Please pay attention:
If you claim because of the following return reasons, we pick up your package free-of-charge:

  • Wrong or incomplete delivery
  • Transport damage
  • Quality

For pick up please contact us by phone under the given telephone number below. We need the quantity of parcels, which have to be returned. After receiving your goods, we get in contact with you again.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund you. The refund varies depending on the payment method and will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return.

Prepayment:

The credit will be instructed to the bank account from which your transfer to us was made.

Credit card:

The credit will be reversed to the credit card account charged by us. You can view the chargeback on your next credit card statement.

PayPal:

The credit will be credited to the PayPal account you use. Whether the amount is deposited in your PayPal account or charged back to your bank account, you can determine yourself at PayPal.

In case of return, the fee for express delivery will not be refunded.
